We offer a free next day delivery service for all orders in the UK via our courier.
Items over 100cm will require a 48hr delivery schedule.
Addresses in more remote places will also require a 48hr delivery schedule.
Orders received by Midday will be processed ready for dispatch that day, subject to confirmation of payment and stock availability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock we will contact with you and offer an alternative or advise you when that product is going to be available.

Any import duties and taxes that may be due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Please note that refunds will only be issued on receipt of the item in their original condition and in the original packaging.
We can arrange return of an item to be collected from you via our courier, this will incur a charge to be deducted off the refund.
Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, items should be received by Artificial Flowers within 14 days of the cancellation notification.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to return your order in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
