2. What occasions are artificial flowers suitable for?

We can create a range of unique artificial flower arrangements for weddings, baby showers, engagements, bereavements, birthdays or even just those occasions where you want to express your love or gratitude.
3. Do you only sell artificial flowers?
We get asked this question a lot and it’s because our artificial silk flowers look so real that people struggle to decipher whether the arrangements contain fresh or artificial flowers. We only sell artificial flowers…but yes they do look incredibly “real”! You will struggle to tell the difference between our flowers and fresh flowers, as our designs are incredibly realistic, not only to look at, but to feel too.
4. What makes your flower arrangements so different?
Nearly all of the arrangements you see on our website are bespoke items that have been created specifically to meet the individual needs of you, our customers. You can be sure of unrivalled levels of quality when using our service; we only use the finest materials and all of our flowers are expertly crafted. Our artificial flowers and plants are not bought in from abroad. Instead, each arrangement is handcrafted by me to ensure the delivery of the most impressive and luxurious artificial flower arrangements you can find.
5. What types of artificial flowers do you offer?

6. I can’t find what I am looking for on your website, do you cater to bespoke requests?
Feel free to get in touch if you cannot find exactly what you need on our website. We have access to artificial flowers in hundreds of different colours, styles and sizes and can work to create a bespoke arrangement to meet your needs. Click our bespoke orders button to submit your request.
7. Do you cater for large events and occasions?
We can provide bespoke artificial flower arrangements for any special occasion. We have extensive experience in creating and designing artificial wedding bouquets, baby shower bouquets, artificial floral decorations for parties, corporate events and much more.
8. Do I need to provide artificial flowers with specific care and maintenance?
One of the many benefits of artificial flowers is that they require very little maintenance. To rid them of dust, simply run a hairdryer or hoover over them. For artificial flowers with latex covered petals and leaves, you just simply wipe and remove dust with a damp cloth.
9. Do I need to order a decorative container for my artificial flowers or plant?
All of our artificial plants and flowers will come inside a non-decorative pot, which is ideal for placement in your own separate decorative container. Quite a few of our products come in decorative vases also – check the individual product description if you are unsure as to whether your chosen product comes with a decorative container.
10. Are artificial flowers suitable for internal and external use?
Many of our artificial flowers, hanging baskets, trees and plants are suitable for displaying outside. Check the individual product description or get in touch with us if you are unsure as to whether the product you have chosen is suitable for external display.
11. Will my artificial flowers fade over time?
As with many fabrics, over time, the materials used to create the artificial flowers will lighten, especially with more vibrant colours. To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your artificial flower arrangements, keep your bouquets and plants out of the path of direct sunlight.
12. Can I send artificial flowers as a gift?
Of course! We deliver many different bespoke artificial flower bouquets to delighted recipients on a daily basis. More and more people are choosing to send artificial flowers over fresh flowers as they will last the lucky recipient a lifetime. We’ll offer you the option to add a personalised note when ordering from our website too.
13. How much does delivery cost?
We offer a free UK delivery service for all floral funeral and memorial tributes and all other items on our website. However, if you are based in the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, please get in touch for a delivery quote.
14. When can I expect my delivery?
If you purchase a memorial / funeral tribute, we will dispatch your items two days after they have been purchased, as they are made to order. We will do our best to dispatch all other items within one working day with delivery expected on these items within three working days.
15. Do you offer express delivery?
We offer a number of different delivery options including an excellent next day delivery service for our artificial flower arrangements.
16. What do I do if I need to return my purchase?
If you need to return a purchase, please do so within 30 days of your purchase date. Returned items need to be received in their original condition for customers to receive a refund.
17. I’ve just returned my purchase, when will I receive a refund?
Please allow several working days for the refund to be processed once you have got confirmation that we have received your returned item(s). If you have waited 7 working days and still have not received your refund, please give us a call and we will investigate the matter for you. You may need to contact your bank or credit card provider.
18. Can I use a gift voucher to make a purchase online?
