Demmerys are renowned for providing outstanding floral décor and from time to time, we are asked to make something extra special. When Saatchi and Saatchi contacted Demmerys recently it could have easily been for some straightforward flower arrangements for just another event or trade show. However, the request from Saatchi and Saatchi was a little more than expected and took our flower arranging skills to the absolute limit.

The requirement from Saatchi and Saatchi was for one of their larger, more well-known clients, Reebok, for the up and coming BeFit London show held in 2017. Reebook wanted something different and something that was, at first glance, almost impossible to make. Saatchi and Saatchi are known well for their award winning creativity and their minds and the minds of Demmerys were a perfect match for this crazy project

Reebook wanted something really special for their stand at one of the biggest fitness exhibitions in UK and they decided that a swing made out of flowers would be something amazing. When this was first raised, my eyes popped out and I struggled to picture it. However, through a number of creative meetings with Saatchi and Saatchi and piecing together some concepts the solution soon fell into place.

The swing was a masterpiece in floral décor; a true one off production and it had to be perfect. Over a number of weeks, the flowers were selected and the design moved from a drawing to the real thing. The end result was something outstanding, something that went beyond the expectations of both Saatchi and Saatchi and more importantly Reebok. The swing became one of the most talked about attractions at the BeFit London 2017 show and bloggers and other many personalities had their pictures taken on the Reebok Flower Swing.

This project was the result of having provided floral décor for a number of trade shows and events in the UK. Demmerys gained recognition for providing some impressive floral décor for both the Nation Indoor Arena and NEC in Birmingham and the quality of our commercial and corporate floral arrangements has shone through. Saatchi and Saatchi, along with Reebook now know that Demmerys don’t just make ordinary flowers, they know that Demmerys can produce the impossible from the finest most lifelike flowers imaginable.
