All orders are delivered within 3-5 working days unless otherwise informed for bespoke orders. All our arrangements are handmade to order and need 2 hours minimum drying and setting times, however we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We accept payments online with Paypal and all major credit cards.
Telephone orders are also welcome as well as bank transfers.

You can track your order with tracking code you will get emailed to you from the courier.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock we will contact with you and offer an alternative or advise you when that product is going to be available.

Any import duties and taxes that may be due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
We hope you will be 100% happy with your purchase. However if you wish to return your please inform us within as soon as possible either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 0161 507 2699 .
Please note that refunds will only be issued on receipt of the item in their original condition and in the original packaging.
We can arrange return of an item to be collected from you via our courier, this will incur a charge to be deducted off the refund.
Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, items should be received by Artificial Flowers within 14 days of the cancellation notification.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to return your order in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
