Free UK delivery
We're just as excited to get this to you as you are to receive it. All of our floral arrangements are handmade and delivered free to our customers in just 3-5 working days, however we’ll do our absolute best to get your order to you as soon as possible. This includes the minimum 2 hours drying and setting time. For bespoke orders and large arrangements, specific delivery schedules will be confirmed with you after placing your order.
We expect you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but in the rare case you’d like to return your item, please inform us as soon as possible either by email or telephone: 0121 270 6597.
Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received in its original condition and packaging. For ease, we can arrange for your returning item to be collected from you via our courier - incurred charges for this will be deducted from your total refund amount. In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, items should be received by Demmery’s within 14 days of the cancellation notification.
For items incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Orders will need to be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned to: Demmerys Returns, 85 Dartmouth Avenue, Walsall, WS3 1SP, West Midlands.
