Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received in its original condition and packaging. For ease, we can arrange for your returning item to be collected from you via our courier – incurred charges for this will be deducted from your total refund amount. In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, items should be received by Demmery’s within 14 days of the cancellation notification.
For items incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Orders will need to be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
